Multiple bladder diverticula is a rare congenital anomaly. A 7-month old boy, with dilated cardiomyopathy, central hypotonia, microcephaly and craniosynostosis ? diagnosed Menkes disease, was referred to Pediatric Urology Department due to ultrasound findings of multiple bladder diverticula. During open diverticulectomy, thin and very lax bladder wall and multiple variable sized diverticula were noted. Follow-up video urodynamic study, however, nine months post-operatively showed recurrence of the diverticula at the same extent. This case report gives details about the recurrence of multiple bladder diverticula with Menkes disease after surgical excision. So, less invasive treatment will take precedence reasonable to think.
